Clean Stream Afterburners drastically reduce Smoke, Odor, Fine Particulate, CO and VOC created during the coffee roasting process. Our standard Clean Stream Afterburners are considered “Thermal Oxidizers”. These work by heating the roaster exhaust gasses up to 1250 F, which effectively breaks down the smoke, odor, VOC, CO and other pollutants. The result is a clean exhaust stream, virtually free of smoke and odor.

Clean Stream Cyclones
Our optional Clean Stream Cyclones should be used if your roaster doesn't have an existing cyclone and current chaff collection is ineffective. They feature a Stainless Steel main cyclone chamber, variable speed integrated blower with radial fan, removable chaff bin with lever release, and are designed to bolt right to the side of our popular Clean Stream Afterburners to conserve space. When purchased with a Clean Stream Afterburner, the cyclone to afterburner connection ducting is included and the whole system will come pre-mounted and wired for ease of installation.
